My Goals

My main goals are to lose 30lbs, and to get more fit. But, since it can be hard to see progress with long-term goals, I made short-term goals to keep me on track. Here they are.


  • Log food and exercise daily
  • Track weight weekly
  • Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day, and at least 3 colors
  • No artificial sweetener
  • No drinking soda- drink water, tea, skim milk
  • Take the stairs (I work on the 3rd floor, so taking the elevator is pure laziness)
  • No eating vending machine food
  • Bring lunch from home
  • Eat out and drink alcohol only with friends (and in moderation)
  • Use television commercial breaks for exercise (i.e. pushups, jumping jacks, plank)
  • Do exercise I enjoy at least 4 days per week
  • Eat no more than 2000 calories per day
